PAYMENT INFORMATION
No show charges or cancellation penalties according to the policy will be automatically charged to the credit card provided to make the reservation.
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for either the full payment or guarantee payment.
GENERAL POLICIES
(1) Cancellations:
The deadline for penalty-free cancellations begins at the start of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is on January 1st and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days before, cancellation must be made before 11:59 pm on December 29th.
Exceptions may be considered, subject to hotel authorization.
(2) Early Departure or No Show:
Early departure or no show will result in 100% cancellation and penalty.

(3) Reservation Modification:
"Non-Refundable" reservations do not allow date or name changes.
Extending the reservation implies extending the original policies and restrictions.

(4) Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
For flexible reservations with full or partial refund cancellations, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.
(5) Important:
Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
All guests must be registered correctly at the time of booking; otherwise, additional costs may be incurred at check-in.
Availability of accommodation at the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
Guests under 18 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental charges (such as minibar snacks or phone calls, etc.), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges at the time of check-out.
FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
Natural Disaster:
Certificate for unused nights valid for 1 calendar year.
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Subject to availability and restrictions.
Natural Disaster Alert:
No penalty for date changes within 72 hours after the alert.
No Shows:
No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel's return to normal.
Early Departure:
Early departure without penalties, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
Rescheduling:
Original rate guarantee for travel within 1 year after the original date.
Must be rescheduled within 30 days after the natural disaster, applying seasonal restrictions.

In addition to an outdoor pool, the hotel has a restaurant and a bar. Continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi in public areas are also provided, and spa services are available. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Additional amenities include coffee makers and complimentary bottled water.
